What a Thursday....

woa..what a Thursday..was like one 'event' after another...

first went out for lunchieee with de Ingram guyz..kekez...forgot to bring my office keys out and was kinda locked out for a while when i was back...

and then it was our Snr designer's Qilong's bday so we decided to surprise him with a cake when he's back from lunch...
duno who's smart idea to put all 34 candles on the cake, we'd difficulty lighting up the candles in lightning speed whilst he tried to open the locked doors.

burnt our fingers in de midst of doing so and still didn't manage to light all candles up b4 he enters the office..hahha.

Look at the cake la! it's like a mini fireball burning...n check out the waxes n pock mark left behind..

Went off to Sunset for din din with de ZHUS and i've to go off before i finish my dessert..=(

It's Peiwen's aka Wennie's Farewell with Canon. After their official farewell dinner with the Canon ppl, we'd anor session at Partyworld for her...

A Gathering after 15 years...

has our first ever pri school gathering after 15 years~~!!!
haven kept in contact with any of them ever since PSLE. thanks to Zhiwei who took the effort to find each of us an organise the gathering.

time flies, and their photographic memory really amazes me!
i didn't remember we were that naughty back then, driving our form teacher sick till the vice principle and many other teachers came to scold us...wooa..

and it was that bad that when she was teaching, sm1 threw a pile of dampen toilet paper at the blackboard..ahahha....oopz =X

Anyways, the gathering was GREAT!@ we talked like there's no tomorrow even though most of us haven really kept in contact for the past 15yrs..

Most of them remembered me as the frizzy-hair girl...ahahahha...

top middle: Mern Rong and I, now known as Kelli. We're from the same kindergarten~! so that made our friendship say, 23yrs? her memory was fantastic loh, even remembering my mum as the bubbly, smiley mama even though mama went to her place to scold her once when i was at her place till pretty late..ahahha...
a wonderful dinner at St. Louis Grill & Bar at Vivocity.

Food ain't that bad but a little costly imo. we ordered 3 major platters and it came up to be about $30+++ per person.

We had drinks at villa bali thereafter...nice catch session with all of them.

it's like a so what are you doing now? some of them are in industries that were more or less expected, you know like engineering and finance..

well afterall Poi Ching was one of the SAP schs back then, maybe not as strong as Pei Chun (which is just next door) but still a good school. even EM2 students like us were forced to take higher chinese too..

Many of them excel in their studies and it's really pretty stressful to be in the class of 6E. their grades are like damn scary la...

but the one that won most surprises hands down was ZHIWEI! he was the class clown and super mischievous back then, and guess what is his occupation now?

HE IS A CHEF CAN!!????????

babies really grow so fast and they're so different everyday!

Zavier boy has learnt to observe more of his surroundings with improvement of his eyesight and apparently, my bling bling hp cover manages to capture his attention most of the time! hence u can see that some of de shots, cute lil Zavier is actually looking at the cam!


he's also learnt to smile and respond when u're talking to him...

this morning, mama was telling me that he stopped scratching his face le, he probably noe that it's PAINFUL when he tried to scratch his face, so he can be kept off the mittens already..=)

My Job

ok maybe some of you are not very sure of what i do in this niche industry...

i'm doing sales & marketing or so it's called. but in layman terms, it includes mainly licensing...


there're programs to market to tv stations, to movies to cineplexes, to anime charactors to all kinds of company for using your licensed character.

one such popular character will be our DORAEMON. oh it's no longer known as xiao ding dang, but it's known as Duo La A Mon..kekez...

a small part of my work includes the following:

browsing through crayon shin comic after screening the above cartoon -kokomon, mainly for kids from aged 4...

screening Abnormal twins by Onei n Jun, this one is beri de cute!!!

and then i saw Domokun's animation n products from the list of licensor's catalogue we have!!

till i browsed this brochure...and can't help but wonder, this is meant for adult right? it's like part of hentai or something.
and so i went to read up on their content, oh it's actually meant for boys from teens to exercise with this girl Hinako! lolx...so kinky..and this anime is actually in the top charts from the first 2 weeks of its launch!

Pandy's surprise bday!

ok this is kinda outdated, earlier this month, we gave Pandy aka Ada a surprise Bday celebration!
it was planned by Jo.
the plan was for catherine to ask pandy out for dinner but the rest of us are already at the venue waiting for her arrival.

the best part was, when pandy sent me a voice msg for the well wishes on my first day of work and i replied with another voice msg, sounding completely as though i'm not gona see her later on n for her to go all out and enjoy herself..buahahaha...

they were still worried tt i will pichar lobang...=p

it was really a surprise for pandy that night, she was shocked to see the whole bunch of us inside!

a groupie photo, reservations for a whole lot of 18 ppl aint easy...

majority were from the Canon/ Canon Alumni as well as our shoot cock club ppl...lolx

the older boys were pretty obssessed with the balloon pandy. it kept bro den entertained for quite a well. and this in turn kept us entertained! lolx...don't believe? see the next pic.

The birth of a new life always bring bundles of joy to everyone around, especially within the family.

My nephew, BB Zavier has finally came into this world, he arrived 2 wks before his EDD and came at a whopping 3.16kg! woohoo healthy lil baby!!

Just the night before, my Da sao, Bro and mum were still squeezing in my room, watching 倚天屠龙记 in my small little room, it felt so warm and cosy back then and we're taunting BB Zavier to come out. rather they were taunting him to come destroy my things when he's out...

also we're trying to figure out how to make space in my room for BB Zavier's cot if we were to put him over at my place...

too many outdated post, so i'm juz gona do a short cover story ya...i've been busy...grrr..n i've no idea why...i'm supposed to be de most eng since i ish not working..


but this is gona come to an end, i'm starting work Next WED@!! Gosh..tt is like so fast la, been nua ing and enjoying for 2 mths...and now, time has come for me to start working my ass off again.


things are gona be different, i'm no longer in sales, which means i no longer earn comm n so to speak, my earnings cut by..gosh..a whopping 50%~!!


life style has got to change and i start get more thrifty n calculative in a positive sense. i'd think twice before buying an item..=)

we spent Saturday at SY's visiting bb kaelyn again!

but jy n me ish sick so being the kiasu aunties, we put on our masks!

later Sat evening, we did dinner @ Cathay..de jap dinner tt i forgot de name, food was pretty okz i guess...

JY took this, saying i look like an underage a lian trying to look old.

but HEY! at least i still can look 10 yrs younger loh

wa tis one, rare de..our dear mr. Shane actually jioed dinner after his paper leh..lol so there we were at great world. after which we had a 3 person k box session at chinatown! woohoo super cheap at $8 per person nia leh...

yeah! thurs night, steam boat dinner at zhonghua steamboat, bugis with ppl i called friends! from working rship to friendships...=)

Love the soup at zhonghua steamboat cos it;s like no msg like that loh...of cos we didn;t forget to try out the fish eye app..lolx. fun fun ppl, always lotsa laughter when with them. ...

i land myself in a state of confusion again. i hate to have to choose, it's not about making YOUR choice but choosing the one u've to sacrifice.

and u ain't exactly the one i'm willing to sacrifice u know.

was it me? things are not going that well, i tried to put an effort in it but i just can't seemed to be able to do it! i see this coming sooner or later, and the pressure is here once again.

maybe i'm too used to being single that i love to keep myself busy with my own things and hanging out with my friends etc.
