okok SY's Big Day is finally here!!!

alrighty, de jiemeis are supposed to reach at 6am..but then somehow i was the last to reach at 630am..=p

niwae we had a "hens" party on de friday before..a failed one though..lol

this was at gotham when every1 is still fresh and looking pretty..ahaha
i'm not gona post our faces at lunar later..=p

bad driving habit...

was so tired & sian driving around yesterday running de Challenger stores in de East area..
it was extremely tiring and stressful for Drea cos half de time she got lost and her planned route was reversed..

it was supposed to be..

White Sands -> East Point -> Parkway Parade -> Hougang Mall

De best way to get to white sands from office was

ECP -> KPE -> PIE -> Exit Pasir Ris Dr 1

Drea got it right, she got to ECP -> KPE -> PIE

What Benny did not tell her was," THERE'S NO FRIGGIN PASIR RIS DR 1 EXIT ALONG PIE!"
the exit is actually along TPE.

So Drea went straight all the way instead of filtering out to TPE/SLE..and then she saw this...

that's it..she DID it again, ended at changi airport...aarghh..%^&$#%## it was the 2nd TIME!!

trying to find her way to her destination amidst the congested traffic and tons of jams and traffic lights with heavy vehicles is just too much for her...

she ended up driving like that...

sitting partial cross legged allowing her subconscious mind to control the driving instead......i can't help it but i feel so suffocated in de car....

Post Dated Jan 2008 Phuket, Similans

was drafting out my agenda for a closing to 2008 and 2009 resolution then i realised that i did not post an entry on my Similans & SMC Regional conference photos back in Jan 2007..

so..i'm gona do an entry here first.(since its such a long one!).before posting up the closing to 2008..=p

Went on board Black Manta at Similans in jan 2008, it's my first LOB - Live on Board for so many days, 4-5days! fainted....staying on a boat for 4-5 days ain't easy hor..we're not talking about huge cruises okz...

but Black manta is the biggest and most luxurious diving LOB boats already...the LOB charges for that 4-5 days alone is from $1200 SGD onwards ok!

anyway...enjoy de photos!

small but cosy....actually..it's Tiny! and on 1 0r 2 nights, NoNo crashed in with us -_-

a briefing and introduction of crew on board on our first night...

De thing i like about LOBs..there's beautiful scenery everywhere

De deck of Black Manta...perfect relaxation and stars gazing at night...

our dive leader for this trip...beri nice and fun guy..


Chrissy & Nono! ahaha...alot of male divers are on de...heavy side..cos u only eat, dive n sleep when u go on a diving trip...

tiny fishes like these are still ok but come the barracudas..omg, they're so much larger and in a huge school..i actually got freaked out as they swam past..

spotting de leopard shark is the highlight of this whole trip actually

this time round, i forgot to clip my hair..LOL

during surface intervals..it can get pretty boring..so..

we start a gambling table..haha.

when you have nothing to do at night...we start a game of..


kaka..ultra fun for gatherings!

That's de end of our 5 days LOB on Black Manta...it can get pretty boring finding things to do on board actually..thank god they had tons of dvds in the lounge for us..hee..5 days without any connection to de outside world, no reception, no internet etc...perfect getaway.

And I duno I'm considered lucky or what, this trip conincided with SMC's Regional Conference at Phuket as well! After getting back on land from Similans, I've to go straight to JW Marriott for the next 3 days for the conference...

by de way, we're staying in JW Marriott...and de room...or rather suite is omg..FANTABULOUS

de bathroom is like open concept u can soak in the bath and watch tv at de same time loh...

or u can like watch ur partner soak in de bath too...AHAHA

see! i told u guyz de room is fantabulous, perfect for couples actually...but it's way too big for Drea alone! de open concept make things more freaky i've to sleep with all de lights and tv on

De good thing is, i was there a day later so i managed to stay only 2 nights instead of the 3 nights..phewzzz

After the 2 days conference, we had team building event as well..

run like mad over the resort n beach loh..-.- not to mention u duno most of de ppl there and there are like from all different regions..to make it worse, i was de only Female excluding the hosts...

ya, and this was the pure reason why i was arrowed to attend the conference...

de Gala dinner, there were some pretty nice performance by de infamous...uhm..tiffany show

and i love this one! he or she is damn hot!

de beach at marriott...

of cos after days of work we had rest n relax as well...we went to phi phi island on de final day..

de other poor guy who got sabo to go on this trip with me..LOL

since it's my first time to phuket, of cos gotta extend 2 more days to check out the famous patong area!

being away for that many days made me really home sick..in fact i was already home sick when i was on board Black Manta..and there're still 5 more days to go before i can finally fly home..

the photo of u hugging de teddy which keilen sent me thru MSN when i was in patong made me feel like catching the first available flight back...how to enjoy de trip when i'm missing u most of de time back then?

I'm never an independant person, but i'm forced to be one under various circumstances..i guess i will never be the independant person u hope i will be...
