LASIK~~!!!

Finally made the decision to go for Lasik.
time to throw away all my specs and contact lenses stuff!

LOL should have gone for it long ago since i've contracted Cornea ulcer the other time.
Good thing that i decided to do lasik, if not my eyes will be even more damaged due to prolonged contact lense wear.

went to SNEC to have my Lasik done, omg, their service was IMPRESSIVE
it all started with Dr Leonard Ang, he is a very experienced and skillful surgeon there.
despite his busy schedule, he actually allows patients to email to his personal email and he calls u personally to answer all questions you have!

dun wana go into details of de process cos to me it's really scary n freaks me out big time.
it's pretty fast 15mins or so...u gotta focus on a red light.but aargh SCARY LAR! imagine ur eyes wide open n den they doing all kinda things to ur eyes..


after that they even give u this goodie bag... & even offered you a drink~!

ain't it sweet? i'm pretty impressed with their service, all their staffs, nurses super nice and friendly! strongly recommend to everyone man!

even sunglass included ok! how sweet is that loh! somemore it's not that ugly ya know..dun believe me?

see i told u it ain't that ugly rite? wahahha

it's like so useful, my right eye took sometime to recover, it was quite sore and kept tearing after that, so i wore de sunglass at home even at night!
surprisingly, my left eye hardly gave me any problems! i recovered in like 2-3hours.!

that's the difference between a healthty eye and a unhealthy one.
moreoever the cornea scar i have are causing some bleeding during the surgery, when i saw de doc dabbing my eye w cotton pad n blood on it i seriously freaked out..

*ok, we're not supposed to look elswhere but focus on the red light, but then..difficult not to notice leh!**

anyway my legs kinda went soft, when i was doing my left eye, i sort of shifted abit, duno y, too gan cheong already..wahahaha

total damaged done: $3000 plus plus and still counting.
but i must say, its really worth the investment!

Yeah!!! Perfect Eyesight once again!

HK & Guangzhou Sourcing Trip

Eh, actually abit too lazy to blog, plus i hardly take much interesting photos.
it's a biz trip afterall, a lil on the boring side and SUPER TIRING! OMG, when i was there, i just can't wait to get back!

Spent 3 days in HK. Gotta wake up early in the morning and be at the fair from about 9 plus, if not there's not enough time to really visit all the booths! so you walk whole day from 9plus to 6 till it close! and i mean really WALK ok! no time for lunch either!!!
3 days of walking ain't fun at all, moreoever in HK, u need to walk blardy alot even from places to places!! *faints*

ok, that's about it, LOL~! actually got somemore but Drea is lazy and she doesnt want to bore you guys with too much IT stuff, we get Overdose easily! hahaha...
anyway, we are not supposed to take photos inside..but well............

After 3 days of walking with a worn out, aching body and legs, we finally have time for a good meal in HK!! WOOHOOOO!!!!

its HAIRY CRAB TIME!!!!

that's the entrance of the restaurant, can tell that they specialise in Hairy crab hor! keke

we had a sumptuous crab meal set! for starters, this is some soup with some crab meat..YUMMY!

anor appetizer, toasted bread and you're supposed to spread it with some gravy crab meat

and then you have dumpling filled with some crab meat too..

eh..at this point of time, i got a little overdose from crab meat liaoz...
but our main actor ain't in yet!

tadah! finally here! omg, look at the roe...FANTABULOUS OK!
they'll give you this specially mixed vinegar for your crab...yummy!!@! i love vinegar!

now you have no doubt why it's called Hairy crab yea? it's really super duper hairy!!!

that marks my last night in HK already...on the 1st and 2nd night, of cos we had the MUST-HAVES over in HK

PIGEON!! yummy!!!!!!!! eh, my mgr didn't try this before, it was her first time.
the thing is, the next day i think she kena mild case of poisoning leh, LS n vomit, not very sure if it's due to the pigeon though...

and of cos i have my Fav YU DAN EVERYDAY in HK! whenever we walk back to the hotel, i will defnitely boy a BOWL up! yes not a stick but a bowl? hehe..both of us share mah...kekeke

next stop, guangzhou.
i've never been to guangzhou, this was my first time, the whole experience was just bad and i aint gona say much here...anyway, if i have a choice, i will choose not to go there ever again.

i thought this was nice though...

the fair ain't as fruitful in guangzou, perhaps the key highlight ain;t IT products....
it was HECTIC ok!

look at the blardy cab Qs!! and i thought s'pore's cab qs during peak hour was terrible. boy was i wrong.
FYI this is just half of it ok! cos i was standing on the other half side!
just imagine ok?

within hours of stepping in guangzhou, i felt like going back home already! serious!

went to their so-called most popular shopping building, this huge building called TianHe Guang Chang....and............

our junction 8 is much more fun to shop in than there ok?
ok that explains all. we rather spend most of our time in the hotel, period.

HK & Guangzhou Trade Fair

ok, again hasn't been updating for a while, seriously i've really tried, i always take alot of pics, telling myself " this is for my blog"

tadah! the HK fair, not one but 2 actually!
I'll be flying off to Hk tomorrow morning for HK Electronics Fair as well as China Sourcing Electronic and Component Fair.
After 3 days in Hk, will be off to Guangzhou.

it's gona be my first time to Guangzhou and the first time to such Huge Trade Fair overseas after i acquire the new responsiblities of doing product sourcing as well

hopefully it will be a fruitful trip! :)
will defnitely take alot of pics and update here ya? cya

Tears are Contagious

when you see a sad movie or the actor/actress crying miserably, some of you teared together with the scene as well right?


Yes, i do know that tears can be contagious but to experience it in life, it's the very first time.

The very first time there's someone who dropped tears together with me when i started crying.
It all started with tears swelling in my eyes, she got so worried and tried all means to comfort me..

but little did she expect that this little comfort of hers opens up the dam walls of my eyes.
As tears gushed out like nobody's business, she hugged me "everything is gona be ok" with tears threatening to gush out as well.

the hug and concern meant alot to me...thank you

A Quiet Bday...

This year's birthday was one of the quietest ever..i guess as we grow older, it just become any other day, especially when your Birthday conincides with SHOWS!!!!!!!

yea, it's the first day of comex, early in the morning gotta leave Office for Comex at Suntec for setup etc.
Perhaps it's a blessing in disguise that i forgot something..so i went back to the office to get it..

and then...i received this!!!!!!

how perfect can the timing get?
Mr. Black got me a bouqet of red roses with a cake from Intercontinental !!! OMg, that's so sweet.
it's the first time i rec'd red roses actually, they are so red!!! so pretty!!!!
thank you dear! though it's the show and we can't celebrate together, but i do appreciate your thought!

hehehe, mo jie help me to bring it down to Comex, so they can sing de song and we can cut de cake there..

see! so kelian..bday cake cut in the store somemore...
mo jie had a hard time gathering all of them for the bday song..LOL..but that is all-so-sweet.

met up with Xin n Sharon. De 3 Little Pigs! no matter how busy we are, we always make it a point to meet up for each other's bday...
they've always been very thoughtful and "got heart". i still remembered, they made a huge jigsaw puzzle for my 16th bday....it's still in my bedroom at my parent's place!!!

Went to this Jap Restaurant, Sun and Moon at wheelock place.
Woah, seems like it's a popular place it's fully booked can!

we had this foie gras thingy as appetizer. OMG it's simply heavenly. it's a MUST TRY ok!

ok the desserts are anor must try!. the tofu cheese cake is just fantabulous!!!

Actually met up wit De Zhus the week before to celebrate
Shane's, Ivan's and my bday...but kaoz, Shane decided to attend pilot school on that day.
Anyway, thanks for the bday cake at Sakura hor!
i guess Ivan and I will never forget how the Whole Restaurant kept their eyes on us when the waiter presented the bday cake while they play the bday song..LOL

Company Event...

Been sometime since i really blogged..alright let me just blog a little about the last event we had.

it's our Conquest Night held in Late July. it's very much an event for our resellers. been wanting to blog about it, but it's either no time or no mood.

anyway..I'd the luxury of time to shower in Swissotel hotel room..kaka..ok call me sua-ku but i've never been in a 5 star hotel room..let alone stay there...
