October Fest~@!!

supposedly to out for brunchie last sunday, but the places we wana go are either fully booked or somehow the restuarant was replaced by other restaurants.

so grp of us ended up at uhm..ok i din get the place name LOL. this german beer bar at millenia walk?
they have like brunches buffet or something as well.

it so happened to be the Oct fest, so the spread and beer are a little different from usual..

let's take a look at the interior..

looks alot like Beer festive....keke

and de food spread..hmm lotsa german stuff..de sausages and all...

the food is pretty ok, but what's most worth it for this buffet is the beer i guess.
if you choose to have the buffet with free flow of beer, its like 30 plus per pax.
usually 1 litre of beer will cost you about 20-30 bucks i think...so if you can really drink..super worth it!!!

this is a special brew for this oct fest i heard..and they'd call it Dark...probably higher alcohol content and more bitter as well..
but nonetheless, its super smooth and nice..less gasey too...

of cos..since my hair is still red, must take more photos right? lolx..

New Hair~!!

got sorta bored with my hair..so wana change some style..
just permed it few months ago, so i can't possibly rebond..so..
went for a cut and some colour!

somehow the colour looks ok on screen...as in duller

hee i love this colour job! something like a 3D colour thingy where Sophie ( my stylist) coloured only the inner layer violet red

who knows my roots are too light...it absorbed the colour damn fast, when she first rinse off, we're like all stunned by the shocking pink colour!

niwae thank god tt colour faded after a few washes...

..still not so sure how to style it..haha like not much of difference hor..but under sunlight it's a whopping RED!

guess it looked beta when it's tied up?

actually prepared quite a few photos to blog about de recent genting trip etc...eh..uhm..ok shall wait for de moood to do that...hang in there ok!!

Can I Borrow $25?


A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.

SON: 'Daddy, may I ask you a question?'
DAD: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the man.
SON: 'Daddy, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?' the man said angrily. SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'
DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour.'
SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.
SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'

The father was furious, 'If the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or some other nonsense, then you march yourself straight to your room and go to bed. Think about why you are being so selfish. I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door. The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions. How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down , and started to think: Maybe there was something he really needed to buy with that $25.00 and he really didn't ask for money very often

The man went to the door of the little boy's room and opened the door. 'Are you asleep, son?' He asked.
'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy. 'I've been thinking, maybe I was too hard on you earlier' said the man. 'It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the $25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling. 'Oh, thank you daddy!' he yelled. Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled out some crumpled up bills. The man saw that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, and then looked up at his father. 'Why do you want more money if you already have some?' the father grumbled. 'Because I didn't have enough, but now I do,' the little boy replied.

'Daddy, I have $50 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you.' The father was crushed. He put his arms around his little son, and he begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all of you working so hard in life. We should not let time slip through our fingers without having spent some time with those who really matter to us, those close to our hearts. Do remember to share that $50 worth of your time with someone you love. If we die tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of hours. But the family & friends we leave behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.



with this, i made my decision, once time has past, it will never come back, I've missed part of it, miss spending quality time with my family. I do not want to regret only when they are no longer here with me....

Vietnam Coffee!!

wonder if any of you tried...
saw this drink while having a coffee appointment..

so interesting...
they serve the coffee to you like that in the cute little aluminium thingy, and the hot water in the white jar.

u juz gotta pour in de water urself and let it filter out into the cup below the aluminium tin...
shld have taken a pic of how it looks inside..lol..sorry

and the thing is, somehow the coffee is already sweet...but no signs of sugar has been added..
pretty aromatic..if i can rembr correctly..ahahaha


New Mural Lift!!

Just the other saturday, gotta be in office to overlook on the installation of our murals on the passenger lifts and cargo lifts in our office...

anyway my bday is always clash with our Comex show...sway loh, nobody is free to celebrate with me..on my actual day, it's always like any other normal day..

this time round, they (mr.blk being 1 of de mastermind) gave me a "surprise" celebration 4 days in advance in office after work! haha..no choice that was the only day everyone have a lil time to spare just before their reseller briefing..


supposed to be a surprise, but i happened to walk into the lounge and saw them meddling with de cake...hee..ya lar i noe i beri turn off but then when i see mojie not ard i will go hunt for her de mah....:p

Lazy Sunday~!!!


yesterday was such a lazy sunday! i woke up at 6PM!!! DINNER TIME!!!
omg....i ish pig...got home at 6am in de morning..i slept for 12 hours straight..geez...sunday wasted!!!

nevertheless, i start to tidy up some of my stuff!
hahah..this is not the completed look..but juz show u guyz part of wat i've done ok

tadah...found a new place to hang de belts....
at least look so much neater n easier for me to dig for my belts...

maybe u all think it's nothing much loh..i shld have taken de before n after photos..then u'll noe y i feel so satisfied...wahah..

next it's de earrings!!!

so neat..but not enuff to put still...hee...

then de necklaces..stuck a hook inside 1 of de wardrobe for the more expensive necklaces..
or rather, for my favourites..hee...

so de rest went to de wall....

then..i start to tidy up some of de heels..
been doing too much shopping! time to clear space!

my clothes will be de biggest headache, i still have a huge bag lying on de floor..wardrobe no space!

of cos after so much hard wrk...mum rewarded me with a sumptuos dinner!

grilled sotong with sambal...so nice!! de sides are like all crispy juz like cuttlefish!!

Grill Chicken too..

hmm grilled food are damn nice can...and so much healthier then fried stuffs..hee..

and of cos..she did all these with the excitement of de new wok she bought.

this wok is really good! after grilling, ur kitchen is not even oily! and all u need is just 10 minutes to grill ur food..end product smells so nice..taste so nice..n crispy crispy...

New Found Beauty!!!

finally went for Eyelash Extension!

has been using false eyelashes for a long time...but decided to try extension for a change.
One bad things about false eyelashes is, when u remove it, it's gone! ur eyes look so bare and naked suddenly!

whereas with extension, it sorta stays there day and night and for weeks! but really gotta take ultra good care of it to ensure it last for as long as possible.

tadah....mei mei mah????
maybe on photo can't really tell the difference between falsies and extended eyelash..
wait till u see it in person ok..

i absoutely love my new lashes....imagine now is go to bed mei mei..wake up also mei mei!! with the extended lashes, u can do without Eye make up!

look how it gave me the double eyelids!!

mum even asked " u never remove ur lashes before u slp ar??" lol..

and of cos since so mei mei....Drea gotta be more vain n take more photos...hahah

ok lar..i know super act cute n disgusting...

but i like can!!?? take many many shots while it last!!!

ooh anor good news...for myself..remember i was like going on this dieting thingy?

lost 5 kg the 1st mth right? till date i lost a total of 10kg!! woohoo!! 3 inches off my waist...

but i ish happy..2 more kg and i will try my best to maintain the weight...
