ok, as promised, i did some sort of a timeline which will show u people how ugly i used to look.
When i tell ppl i used to be fatter, pimply, frizzy hair, and looking super turn off, few believed me.

oh ya, must i add on that i've 2 moles across the face too?

When i was in Sec Sch..wahah...managed to dig these disgusting photos..look closely for the 2 moles.

When i was in Poly, this was how i looked...............

aiya, it's a pity u guys can't see the severe acne problem. ..even Wei ge also say very turn off looking....psst, the file i showed him was of bigger resolution hor...lucky he ate his dinner alrd..hahah

there! still in poly, looking as plump as ever...and hair tamed with lots of OLIVE OIl...cos it's so frizzy , and FACE? AS bloated as a balloon...

AFTER POLY.......

Working means earning $$$, so my saviour came when there's REBONDING. look! long glossy black hair..FACE? still as bloated as ever, realise that my eyes appear lagi smaller with my fat face...

i think here..lost a teeny weeny bit of weight....

DISCOVERY OF CERAMIC PERM...

Less than a yr later,i've decided to try CERAMIC PERM...my very 1st shot immediately after my perm...JY beri patient leh..i spent 5hrs in de salon hor..

the Curls finally sets in... Losing weight...c the face you'll know...

my 21St Birthday...........Lost quite a bit of weight...look at the face and the body...

New Year Eve 2004..just 2 years back...

IONCI PERM in HK..plus...Having a FRINGE FINALLY

Look!! Red Streaks!! still chubbied face, i repermed my hair in HK...this time with IONIC PERM...and it's the first time in so many yrs that i'm spotted with a FRINGe..Discovery of how the fringe helps frame my fat face..

Getting used to the new curls 1 Month later..

And then, got sick of it, so tied up my hair most of the time. ..a little slimmer at this time also...

AS i was saying, got sick of curls..so i happily went to rebond my hair..and got such a FUNKY Cut..

After a few mths, i got sick of it again...so while i was in JAPAN,

Hair Makeover Again!!!

oh...i wana add on i put on alot of weight in japan..n my face bloated like a BALLOON again..
look at the difference..

first few days i was there, still lookin ok...

Just nice after my hair cut and i kena fats attack from drinking and snacking every night..

The Fat face (Mickey mouse shaped) is back..............btw, i cut short my hair..did some colour job there also.

thank god i've since lost everything i've gained, and lost even more weight.....Now.....

See, even i pout till my face look like PUFFER FIsh also NO MORE MICKEY MOUSE EFFECT...buahahaha

The Importance of Your Voice

I didn't realise how important our voice is...till i lost it completely..

Thanks to the virus that has been with me since the fever last weekend. I wasn't completely recovered and the sore throat remains. Finally it decided to full blow on me and torture me together with some flu and cough...

eventually i lost my voice COMPLETELY after 2 hours of jamming and a ktv session till 4am this morning...
No, it's not the KTV that made me lose my voice, my voice is barely there even b4 the ktv session begins.

By far i've drown myself with all kinds of remedies found such as coke with salt, honey water, star fruit juice with salt and mum just got me some Pi Pa Gao...
pls tell me that my voice will be back tomorrow...

i can't even answer the phone. my mum have to answer my calls for me..ARGHH>.Ivan wanted to ask me along for SMELLY TOUFU>.WAH RAO EH....why am i so sway..always sick on weekeneds!!!!!

Correlation of Mala Steamboat & the Flu Bug

well, i thought i was fully recovered after my fever subsided over the weekend. but seems like i was wrong.

Just got to know that someone else was sick too after the MALA STeamboat. so we concluded, there's something wrong with that NEW MALA Steamboat place............

my sore throat never went away..and now i've this flu bug bugging me..ARGHHH!!!

Yesh. tml JAM again..YIPPIE!!!!!!!!! at least something to look forward to lar........wana check out Velvet underground de..but, hmm....think i prefer Jamming over clubbing..keke
wait club club club then fall sick again over the weekend like last week..i shall be guai guai this week.

Mind's Cafe....

Finally been to Mind's Cafe.....
after jamming on thursday, we proceeded to Mind's CAfe..ahaha..actually it's not within our plan but decided to check out that place.

there's a package for like 6 ppl, inclusive of 6 drinks, 1 tidbits and 2 plates of fried snacks plus 2 hours of game.
Not too bad, we played monopoly..n yea!! I'm de Big Winner..buahah..
i rarely win at Monopoly!!!

Got home at abt 3plus in the morning, last night got home at about 4plus in the morning..

this morning woke up with a bad throat and massive headache..body aching..
Great..i'm having a fever...
Must be de MALA Steamboat last evening...

I intend to stay home during this weekend anyway, do some housework, laze ard at home...
I'm so Touched!! My bro offered to "catch some medicine" for me at de medical hall...
actually, it's gona be his future father in law who'll prescribe some medicine for me, they had a medical hall..ehehee...

anyway, i'm equally touched....
mum will be back tonight finally !! saved me from being a maid over the past week.
Life's for me for the past week is just like a maid, go back do laundry, hang clothes to dry, cook etc.......

right now,how i wished he's here to tuck me in bed.......

Decided to shop ard abit before meeting the group.....
Look!..stepped into the first shop, and i came out with 5 new tops!
still it didn't cheer me up a single bit.

i feel so healthy...i'd soya milk for dinner on monday after gym...had a piece of cake for breakfast yest morning, guava for lunch, milo + wholemeal biscuit for dinner and a couple of bites of some cakes later that night.......courtesy of Mr. Alex who ordered couple of them cos there's a 50% off after 9pm. buahahaha

no i'm not on diet, just a lack of appetite..

Laughter is de best medicine..i managed to laugh a little last night.......
it helps going out with funny ppl..*giggles***

much as i hate to be on a roller coaster ride..but i realised, i'm the one who put myself on the roller coaster ride eventually

Say NO to Lipsticks!!!

Spent a day testing and picking lipstick shades last week.
another day picking n testing liploss shades.

At the end of the First day, my hand look bruised...stained from all sorts of lipstick shades.

Then, boss came with anor lippie, this time must try on my lips to try the Formula if it's moisturizing enuff.

Horrors of Horrors, the SHADE LOOKS TERRBILE CAN!!!
Drea usually don't apply lipstick, plus i've sensitive lips..........see how i look with lipstick

Now you guys know why Drea doesn't adore Lipsticks at all?

When You're Bored at home..

eyes infected again which i seriously have no idea WHy..i wasnt even wearing lense or any eye makeup on Sat..anyway...this is what i do when i'm bored at home.

Tadah!! BABY PORRIDGE..i call it baby porridge cos my mum used to always cook this for babies..have u ever tasted baby's porridge? super sweet and always with some VEG..YUMMY!!

i'm left with just carrot and chicken breast, so to make it simple, i had Chicken & carrot baby Porridge..
it's awesome!! buahah k la..at least i love it, very sweet...

a little secret cos i added some chicken broth instead of using plain water to cook the porridge.
To get ur chicken broth, put the chicken bones in a pot and brew it over n over again, perfect for cooking soup too. ..and also, cos i left the rice to soaked for a while, so de texture will be smoother, perfect for baby, perfect for Drea...

then my lymph node is swollen again, there's this lump below my ear there...OUCH! most probably too heaty...
i remembered ah yee once cooked white fungus something for me to cure it.

So after i went to the docs, i dropped by the market and happily asked for white fungus.

Me" u have white fungus?"
Uncle " yes, how much u want?"
Me " minimum amount"
Uncle " ok give u $1 amount enought?"
Me " ya i think so.."

then i remember another ingredient for the Apple White Fungus Dessert is Nan Xing, Bei Xing..

Me " u got Nan Ji & Bei Ji (sounds like north n south POLE!!)
Auntie who's doing her daily marketing...
Auntie " it's NAN XING BEI Xing...." *repeats a few times..* "SHe wants nan xing bei xing"
Me *pay money n siamz as far as i can....*
